Privacy notice

What we collect

• Website addresses you check. When you run a free preview, we receive the website address you enter and produce the results. The results are saved for 30 days so the share link works, then deleted.
• Your IP address, for abuse protection only. To limit how often checks can be run, we keep a one-way hashed form of your IP address with a counter. It is not linked to your results and is reset within 24 hours.
• Messages you send us. The contact form opens your own email app; the website itself does not store what you write. We keep emails you send us for as long as needed to answer and to run our business.

What we do not do

• No advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics tracking on this website.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who processes data for us

This website and its checks are hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf. If you buy a paid service, any additional providers used for that work are listed in your agreement.

Our website checker

When someone runs a free preview, our checker visits the public pages of that website and identifies itself as ArcvaneVisibilityBot/1.0. It reads only public pages, does not log in or fill in forms, and follows the website’s robots.txt rules. To stop it visiting your site, add this to your robots.txt:

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

If we change this notice, we update the date at the top of this page.
